Yesterday we dropped Michael off at the MTC. He will be an amazing missionary. He has always been an amazing example to me and I have always and will always look up to him. Ever since I was little, I wanted to be like him and do what he was doing.
Like in this picture, he was holding Lindsay, and I wanted to hold a baby too, so I picked up a doll and put my arm around him. I was always wanting to do what Michael was doing and it hasn't changed. Having him go on a mission helps me realize that I want to do what he is doing and serve a mission as well.
We loved to play together and we still do. The day before he left, we went out longboarding (thanks to the good weather) at the church parking lot. He always is happy and wants to have fun!
We brought Ryan along as well. This was when we were racing. (In his defense, I got a head start, but Michael still beat me)...... Still need to learn from him more.
I'm so proud of him and I know that he will help so many people. I can't wait to hear about his adventures through his emails, letters, and pictures. Good luck and WE LOVE YOU ELDER GARDANIER!
